About these terms
These terms apply when you order from 1ClickPrint. 1ClickPrint is a trading name of Jekat Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 09048025, VAT number 460 0885 96, at Unit 48 Dinnington Business Centre, Outgang Lane, Dinnington, Sheffield S25 3QX. You can reach us on 01909 561888 or at info@1clickprint.com.
If you are buying as a consumer, you have legal rights that nothing in these terms takes away. Our returns and refunds page and privacy policy form part of these terms.
Your order
When you pay at checkout you are offering to buy what is in your basket. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order. If we can’t accept an order, for example because the artwork breaks the rules below, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Please check your order before you pay: the size, quantity, finish, colour and spelling are all printed exactly as you choose them.
Prices and payment
Every price includes VAT at the current rate. Delivery is added at checkout, where you see the full price before you pay. You pay in full when you order, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, through our payment provider, Stripe.
If we have made an obvious mistake with a price, we will contact you before we print and you can choose to go ahead at the right price or cancel for a full refund.
Your photos and artwork
By uploading a photo or design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to print it, and that printing it does not break anyone’s copyright, trade mark or other rights or the law. You remain the owner of your artwork. You let us use it only to make, deliver and support your order, and to let you order it again.
We won’t print anything we believe is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or is offensive. If we refuse an order for that reason we will refund you in full.
Our designers show you how your order will look, but a screen can’t match print exactly, so small differences in colour are normal. We print the resolution you send: if a designer warns you that an image may not print sharply, we print it as supplied if you go ahead.
Making and delivery
Everything is made to order in our Sheffield workshop. The printing and delivery times on our site and at checkout are our best estimate, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Our delivery page sets out each service. We deliver to addresses in the UK.
Your order is your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave us, or collected. If it is late or lost, tell us and we will reprint and resend it or refund you.
Cancelling and returns
Because everything we make is personalised to your order, the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply, and we can’t take back an order because you have changed your mind. If you call us before we start printing, we will cancel your order and refund you in full. If something is wrong with your order, we will put it right: our returns and refunds page explains how.
Our responsibility to you
If we don’t keep to these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failing. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, including your rights as a consumer to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
If you are buying for a business, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total responsibility for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Using our site
The words, photos and designs on our site belong to us or the people who have let us use them, and you may not copy them for commercial use. Please don’t try to interfere with how the site works or use it for anything unlawful.
Disputes and the law
If you have a problem, please talk to us first on 01909 561888 or at info@1clickprint.com: we will do our best to sort it out.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you placed it.
