An A4 photo wall calendar that opens to A3
Closed, your calendar is A4 landscape, 297 x 210mm. On the wall it opens out, with each month’s photos above its dates, into a tall A3 calendar of 297 x 420mm. It’s wire bound across the middle, with a hole at the top to hang it from.
Every day has room to write in, and you choose where the year starts: January 2027, or any month from next month to a year ahead.

Make your calendar
A personalised calendar with birthdays, free
Add the birthdays, anniversaries and other days your family mustn’t forget, up to 60 of them, and each is printed on its day at no extra cost. Add a photo to a birthday and it’s printed in a small circle on the day.
The UK bank holidays are printed for you by name, from Good Friday to Boxing Day, for England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. Or leave them off.
Your photos, framed for you
Choose your photos and your calendar is laid out for you, each photo framed around the faces in it. Tap any photo to move it, zoom it or swap it for another.
Don’t like where a photo has landed? Press it until it pops up and drag it onto another month, and the two swap places. If a photo is too small to print sharply at its size, the designer tells you before you order.

How do I make a personalised photo calendar?
Choose how many photos you want on each month, add your photos and the whole calendar is laid out for you. Drag photos between months to swap them, add birthdays, choose a style and check every page, then add it to your basket. It takes a few minutes, on a phone or a computer.
How many photos do I need for a photo calendar?
13 for one photo a month: one for the cover and one for each month. With more photos on a month you need more, up to 49 with four on every page. Add extra photos if you like: the ones you don’t use are kept ready to swap in. Short of photos? Use fewer on some months.
What size is the calendar?
It’s a wall calendar: A4 landscape, 297 x 210mm, when closed. On the wall it opens to A3 portrait, 297 x 420mm: the month’s photos on the top page and its dates below, wire bound across the middle.
Can my calendar start in any month?
Yes. It starts in January 2027 unless you choose another month: any month from next month to a year ahead. The cover shows the year, or both years if it runs into the next.
Can I add birthdays to a photo calendar?
Yes, free. Add up to 60 birthdays, anniversaries and other dates, each printed on its day, with a small round photo if you like.
Are bank holidays on the calendar?
Yes. Choose England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland and their bank holidays are printed for you, or choose none.
How much is a personalised photo calendar?

Can I make a photo calendar on my phone?
Yes. Our photo calendar maker is made for phones: choose photos straight from your camera roll, iPhone photos included, and drag them between months with your finger. It works just as well on a computer.
Will my photos print sharply?
The designer checks every photo against the size it’s printed at and tells you if it may print soft or blurry, so you can zoom out or choose a bigger photo. A photo straight from a phone camera is plenty for a full page.
Can I add words to my calendar?
Yes. Add up to 40 characters to the cover, such as your family’s name, and a short caption to any month.
Can I save my calendar and finish it later?
Yes. Your calendar is saved as you go, on the phone or computer you’re using, so you can come back to it. You can also email your design to yourself to finish later.
Where are your calendars printed?
All our photo calendar printing is done in our workshop in Sheffield. We print every calendar to order and deliver it from there, across the UK.
